Completion of a permit application alone does not constitute issuance of a permit. Once the form is completed and submitted it will be sent to downstream@cawd.org and a Source Control team member will contact you.
Step #1 is the population of the above form and the submission into the District and after you receive confirmation on the screen step #1 is completed and then you move to Step #2 to process the payment.

Step #2 is the process for the payment of the permit: Please click on the "Click To Pay Now Button" in the blue box with the credit card images below and choose the annual wastewater discharge $150.00 option.
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Debit Cards are accepted.
By completing this form I attest that the information contained in this application is familiar to me and to the best of my knowledge and belief; is true, complete and accurate. A fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) must be paid to Carmel Area Wastewater District for the Discharge Permit valid for a one (1) year period. After the permit application is submitted and the payment received this process is complete. The Source Control department will reach out to issue the final permit.
