RFP Questions and Responses
Date | Question | Response |
---|---|---|
Redwood Public Law, LLC questions | Would you be open to counsel attending Board meetings via Zoom or other videoconferencing technology? | The Board would prefer to have an in person presence at Board meetings. However, given the widespread use of ZOOM or MS Teams we may be forced to accept a virtual attorney as an option. This is the first time in over 40 years that we have had to post an RFP for legal services, so it is quite possible that we’re not familiar with the current trends. A recommendation is to prepare a response to the RFP that indicates why you think the job can be done adequately via videoconferencing. |
Redwood Public Law, LLC questions | Would you consider hourly rates for all services and not a fixed fee for general services? | Yes |
Redwood Public Law, LLC questions | Is there an expectation for a certain number of hours in office? | No |
